paltalk registration problem

tc2120 error produced when trying to connect with a new nick from a country that paltalk doesn't allow.

I have downloaded paltalk messenger,installed,tried to creat anick name ,i find amessage, unable to connect tc 2120 after this whenever i tried i always found that message .what should i do? pl. guid me .jazakalla .send e mail me on my email address
